Hazrat Mawlana Peer Syed Javed Ali Naqshbandi Dehlvi (b. 1963), son of Hazrat Allama Peer Syed Sajid Ali Naqshbandi Chishti Qadri Dehlvi QSA (b. 1932)
Hazrat Mawlana Peer Syed Javed Ali Naqshbandi Dehlvi is a direct descendant from the lineage of Hazrat Imam Hasan عليه السلام and his son Hazrat Imam Hasan Musanna رضي الله عنه . His ancestors hailed in India together with Hazrat Khwaja Moin uddin Chishti Gareeb Nawaz QSA and lived in Ajmer Shareef. For six generations, the family lives in Delhi.
Hazrat Allama Peer Syed Sajid Ali Naqshbandi took Bait in Naqshbandi-Mujaddidi Order, by Hazrat Allama Shah Abul Hassan Zaid Farooqi Naqshbandi Mujaddidi QSA, who was 9th descendant of Grand-Shaikh Hazrat Imam Rabbani Mujaddid alf Sani Shaikh Ahmed Farooqi Sirhindi QSA. Later, he was authorized and blessed with Khilafats to additional orders, among them are the Chishti and Qadri, and was referred to as Shams-ul-Waizeen (this title was given to him by Hazrat Allama Arshad ul Qadri, vice president, World Islamic Mission England and founder of Jamia Madinatul-Islam, den Haag , Netherlands ); Khateeb-e-Aazam Delhi (by Hazrat Allama Ghulam Aasi Piya Abululai Jahangiri Qadri), Khwaja Pasand (by khadims of Dargah Ghareeb Nawaz, Ajmer), and Lion of Sunniyat.
Also, he used to deliver public speeches during ten consecutive days, at the courtyard of Hazrat Khwaja Mouinuddin Chishti, Ghareeb Nawaz, Ajmer Shareef, for 38 years during the blessed month of Muharram, as well as during Urs celebrations and other festive occasions, he also spent most part of his life in Ajmer Shareef and nearby states yet by that time he also invited to as guest speaker as an orator at Dargah of hazrat Nizam ud din Awliya for 28 years in night of Israa’ wal-Me’eraj and the night of Nisf Sha’aban. These activities were done side by side to his extensive work for spreading Islam and Sufism for sake of Allah SWT and his beloved. He lived a simple life, was never concerned about material welfare. He passed away 10 years ago, in 9 May 2010 (23rd Jamadiul Awwal 1431 AH).
By the blessing of Allah SWT, his son, Peer Syed Javed Ali Naqshbandi follows his footsteps as a Shaikh and Khateeb, and continues his life project.
Peer Syed Javed Ali Naqshbandi’s works extensively to spread Islam and Sufism in India, in areas such as Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Jammu & Kashmir, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Kerala, etc. This work is done out of devotion, and no fees are asked from Mureeds or any audience. This is a life project, performed out of love and devotion for the honor of Allah SWT and Auliya. Everyone is welcome; he never distinguished between people who are willing to follow the footsteps of Shari’ah, Sunnah, and Sufism.
By the blessings and grace of Allah SWT, Hazrat Peer Syed Javed Ali Naqshbandi was blessed to convert many people and guide them as followers of the Islamic faith. He has established the Institution and Zawiyah of Darbar-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat and serves as the patron of All India Tanzeem-e-Ulama-e-Islam. He is a welcome public speaker at many conferences and mehfils in India and is frequently invited to inaugurate the foundations of mosques while leading various inauguration ceremonies, and numerous mehfils in and outside Delhi. He was invited as a chief guest speaker in different Dargahs on urs occasions, and most of the mehfils in Delhi were under his supervision and finished on his duas.
DARBAR-E-AHL-E-SUNNAT honors to receive Scholars and Shyukh from over the globe and hosted in his Zawiyeh, and also doing relief and charity works with the contribution of their well-wishers, devotees, and mureedeen. may this be continued, by the grace of Allah SWT and Auliya.
Hazrat Maulana Pir Syed Javed Ali Naqshbandi also authorized and blessed with Khilafat ijazaat from jama e salasil. specially Naqshbandi Mujaddidi, Naqshbandi Saifi from Afghanistan, Chishti Nizami, Qadri, etc.
